Daniel Matthews stands at the helm of RPG and associated entities/branding, he is a seasoned global business leader with extensive experience in sustainable technology deployment, strategic international partnerships, and transformative infrastructure solutions.

As CEO & Chairman of Royal Pure Group Limited (HK), Daniel guides a highly diversified organisation at the forefront of next-generation water and power technologies — including PlanetsWater® atmospheric water generation and PlanetsPower® permanent magnetic power systems — with operations spanning worldwide, in particular throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, America’s, Asia and emerging markets.

With a career rooted in technological innovation and executive leadership, Daniel has championed solutions that address humanitarian challenges while driving commercial growth. Lt. General Anutat Bunnag – ASEAN

Lieutenant General Anutat Bunnag is a highly respected distinguished senior military leader with a strong background in strategic defence operations, international coordination, and regional security frameworks in Southeast Asia. His career includes service as Director General at the Neighbouring Countries Co-ordination Center, Royal Thai Army Operations Center, where he worked to strengthen collaborative defence ties, regional cooperation, crisis response co-ordination and institutional partnerships across national borders.

With deep operational experience and a reputation for disciplined leadership, General Bunnag has contributed to high-level defence engagements that build mutual trust and joint readiness among ASEAN partners. His approach to leadership emphasises integrity, decisive strategic planning, and cross-cultural diplomacy, qualities valued in both military and civilian sectors.

In addition to his core defence experience, General Bunnag supports initiatives that intersect with corporate, humanitarian and institutional stakeholders, reinforcing multi-sector cooperation. Jenifer Reloj – PHILIPPINES
Global & Regional Representative — Philippines (Strategic Engagement, Government & Community Partnerships)


Jenifer Reloj is a dynamic professional acting as the Philippines’ representative for strategic engagement, community outreach and sustainable development initiatives within the Royal Pure Group ecosystem. With a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, social impact and community empowerment, Jenifer plays a key role in fostering relationships across public, private and civil sectors in the Philippines.

Her work emphasises collaboration with organisations and stakeholders focused on climate action, public health and technology adoption, aligning with the broader corporate mission of deploying advanced AWG (Atmospheric Water Generation) and PMG (Permanent Magnetic Generator) technologies for sustainable development outcomes. Reports indicate her involvement in projects addressing environmental challenges and community awareness initiatives.

Ian Ivory – UK & EU

Ian Ivory is the Chief Executive Officer of WatAirUK, a UK-based company working alongside PlanetsWater/Power as an esteemed, dedicated ‘Exclusive ‘Master’ Distributor’ since 2019, specialising in Atmospheric Water Generation (AWGs) and Permanent Magnetic Generation (PMGs) solutions designed to address water scarcity, resilience, and decentralised water security. With a strong background in business leadership, project development, and sustainable technology adoption, Ian has positioned WatAirUK as a trusted contributor within the growing clean-water technology sector.

Ian brings a practical, execution-focused leadership style, working closely with technology partners, commercial stakeholders, and public-sector organisations to deploy scalable AWG solutions across the United Kingdom and selected international markets. His work supports applications ranging from residential and commercial use to humanitarian, agricultural, and emergency-response environments.

As Chief Executive Officer of WatAirUK, Ian is well known for his integrity, reliability, and solutions-driven mindset, Ian is committed to ensuring that innovation is paired with accountability and real-world impact. Cristóbal Fernández – LATIN AMERICA

Cristóbal Fernández is the Regional Director for PlanetsWater LATAM, overseeing the development and expansion of Atmospheric Water Generation (AWGs) and Permanent Magnetic Generation (PMGs) technologies across Latin America. Based in Chile, Cristóbal plays a key role in advancing sustainable water and power infrastructure solutions in regions facing increasing challenges related to climate change, water stress, energy demands and resource reliability.

With experience spanning regional business development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project coordination, Cristóbal works closely with municipalities, private enterprises, agricultural operators, and institutional partners. His leadership supports the responsible deployment of AWG systems tailored to local environmental conditions and socio-economic needs.

As Regional Director of PlanetsWater LATAM, Cristóbal is recognised for his strong work ethic, regional insight, and commitment to sustainable development, ensuring that technology adoption delivers both commercial viability and meaningful humanitarian benefit. Through his role within the PlanetsWater/Power® and Royal Pure Group ecosystem, he contributes to building long-term, trusted partnerships throughout Latin America.

In the last 50+ years, his practice covers Asia, USA, Canada, the Carribean, Latin America and Mexico. These are on top of other Far/Middle-East, Africa and 3rd World Developing Countries that he got assignment from UNDP/UNEP, CESO (Canadian Executive Service Org.) & OxFAM
 
With expertise and certifications in the field of Water/Wastewater Treatment, Advanced Desalination, Non-Chemical Process Water Treatment, Mine Tailings Remediation and Precious Metals Recovery, Hydraulics/Fluid Dynamics and Hydro-Geology, Applied Automotive SAE/ICE Sciences, Municipal Solid and Organic Waste-to-Energy, and Alternative Power Generation using Permanent Magnets and Storage Batteries/Magnetic Axial Flywheels. He is responsible in coining the words Imagineering, Leviotation velocentrifugation and Ferhumiligation in his conceptualization of different technologies.

He is  continuously doing  R&D works on MagGen Power Generation, Extraction of Beta-Carotene, Ethanol and Alcohol from Cull Carrots, hybrid Sweet Potato and other Root Crops; Satellite Technology on Monitoring Watershed; Pollution Control and Improvement of Performance on Internal Combustion Engine by Fractional Hydrogen Injection; Eradication and Control of Legionnaire’s Disease on Process Water; Covid-19 wastewater test protocol using RNA vs. DNA technology.

His works and research have won him several recognitions, awards and patents. His developed technologies were granted several Full Utility patents and publications that were eventually used by such companies like HalliburtonSchlumberger for Water/Gas/Oil Deep-well Drilling, Frito-Lay for filtration and treatment of Cooking Oil, New York Water Maker for replication of Known best water for Pizza and Bagel, Cooling Tower Companies BAC, Marley and Evapco, (in the process) for Integrated Non-Chemical Water Filtration and Treatment and Siemens (in the process) for Alternative Power Generation-MagGen, Emterra

His continuous works, affiliation and volunteer consultancy with the UNDP/UNEP for Environmental Challenges (Nano Toilets in Africa), the US Army Corps of Engineers on Water Body issues, US & Canadian Navy, Coast guard and Marine Engine Mfrs. on Hydrogen injection on Internal Combustion Engine and Centre for Disease Control for Control and Eradication of Legionnaire’s Disease/Covid 19 test protocol, is fuelling Noel to strive for more research development and learning. He has donated container load of Medicines to the Philippines during typhoons and calamities thru volunteer work with the Toronto Fil-Can Lions Club. Also volunteered his knowledge and experience to solve mine tailings issues with our First Nation and helped our farmers along Lake Simcoe and Holland Marsh in upgrading water treatment technologies in protecting Lake Simcoe and other nearby watersheds’
 
Still at the very ripe age of 72, he continuously learn and also imparts his knowledge in Environmental Engineering/Earth Sciences as Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, Pearce College and Univ. of Toronto to name a few. With technical contributions and active memberships at Engineering associations like ASME, ASHRAE, SME, WEFTEC and the Canadian Council of the Ministers of the Environment
 
Just recently, Dr. Emmanuel ‘Noel’ Moya was appointed as one of Volunteer Director- Advisers on Academic to Industry Collaboration, and moreover in guiding & improving the academic and hands-on technical advancement of Univ. of the Philippines, College of Agri-Engineering Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Dr. Emmanuel G. Moya, PE, MSc, PhD is a graduate of the university of the Philippines, with advanced specialization and professional engineering practice in the United States. He brings over thirty (30) years of experience across the energy and water generation sectors, encompassing the research, design, engineering, validation, and commercialization of technologies supporting distributed power generation, renewable and hybrid energy systems, and water and wastewater infrastructure.

He serves as the Principal Scientific and Technical Architect of the Permanent Magnet Generator (PMG) and Distributed Systems (DS) platform underpinning this initiative. Technologies developed under his leadership have been adopted, licensed, and deployed through collaborations with established manufacturing partners, global power and water solution providers, and international vendor networks—demonstrating a high level of technical credibility, operational maturity, and scalability.

Dr. Emmanuel G. Moya, PE, MSc, PhD is a named inventor on multiple U.S.-registered patents, particularly in the areas of alternative power generation, fluid dynamics, filtration, solids separation, and environmental systems.
